VENDOR INFORMATION

How much does it cost for an exhbit table?

Prices range from $1,500 - $10,000. Our Sponsorship Prospectus details the benefits for each sponsorship package. You must sign up with Angie Mudd to be a vendor and funds must be received prior to March 15th.

How are attendees driven to the exhibitor tables?

All registered attendees receive a "Sponsor Punch Card" in which they can get stamps from each table...and the cards are put into a raffle for some incredible prizes given away in the afternoon session.

Who are the attendees of the RMG Annual GI Update?

The majority of the attendees are providers from the primary care, family medicine and internal medicine communities. We also have GI members from the community, we welcome students & residents, and a lot of nurses, surgeons, and dietitians are in attendance.

Will vendors be given a list of attendees & contact info?

The Annual GI Update can not provide the contact information of the attendees. The conference can provide a list of attendees, but attendees are able to provide their contact information at their discretion to the vendors at the exhibit tables.

What access will vendors have to the attendees?

The conference provides a buffet for all attendees, which is set up in the vendor area. We invite the attendees to come one hour prior to the start of the conference to enjoy breakfast, and visit with vendors. We also host an extended break in the mid-morning, and we break over lunch.

Can exhibitors be in the conference room?

While exhibitor tables are marketing material is not allowed in the conference room for education, exhibitors may enter the conference room to listen to a presentation. We ask that exhibitors not ask questions during the Q & A portion and leave all questions to the providers in the audience.
